Terms and Refund Policy

The Integration Intensive, January 2027

1. Introduction

These Terms and Refund Policy apply to The Integration Intensive, a six week online group program offered by The Yogi's Pod. By enrolling, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you enroll. They apply to this program only. Individual hypnotherapy and spiritual consultation sessions are covered by our separate Terms and Conditions.

2. The Program

Six live group sessions on Saturdays, January 9, 16, 23, 30, February 6, and 13, 2027, at 9:00 AM US Eastern.

One thirty minute one to one call before the first session.

Delivered online.

3. Scope of Practice

This is an educational group program offered to support personal growth, mindset shifts, behavioural changes, and emotional wellbeing. It is supportive and complementary in nature. It does not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, or emergency care, and it does not provide crisis support. Participants should consult licensed healthcare professionals for diagnosis or treatment of medical or mental health conditions. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country.

4. Medical Referral

Participants with a medical diagnosis or an ongoing mental health condition are required to obtain a referral from their licensed medical or mental health professional before enrolling. This ensures there are no contraindications and that the program is appropriate and safe for their situation. Referral is confirmed during the thirty minute call.

5. Payment

$495, paid in full at enrollment. No payment plan. Enrollment from India is priced in INR and paid through an Indian gateway. Prices are subject to change with advance notice and the price in force is the one shown at the time of your enrollment.

6. Refunds

Full refund up to twenty four hours after your thirty minute call, and in every case only until the first session begins on January 9, 2027.

Full refund if the call shows the program is not right for you.

No refund if the call is not completed by January 7, 2027.

7. Attendance and Recordings

Sessions are live and are not rescheduled for individual participants. If you miss a session, a recording will be made available to you for personal use only. Participants are not permitted to record any session themselves.

8. Schedule Changes

If a session cannot run on its scheduled date, it will be rescheduled and participants notified in advance.

9. Participant Responsibilities

Provide accurate and relevant information so the work is effective and safe, including full disclosure of medical conditions, medications, and mental health status.

You are responsible for your own emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing during and after sessions.

Join from a safe, private space free from distractions, with a reliable internet connection and appropriate technology.

10. Confidentiality and Privacy

Sessions are confidential. Information may only be disclosed where required by law, for example imminent harm to self or others.

What other participants share during sessions is confidential and may not be repeated outside the group. This obligation continues after the program ends.

Participant information is stored securely and used solely for delivering this program. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

11. Conduct

Respectful communication is required at all times. Harassment, abusive behaviour, disclosure of what other participants share, and disruption of a session are grounds for immediate removal from the program without refund.

12. Emotional Reactions

Sessions may bring up strong emotions or memories. You are responsible for seeking appropriate support if needed, and should have support available to you following sessions.

13. Limitation of Liability

Results vary between individuals. The Yogi's Pod does not guarantee specific outcomes. Outcomes depend on individual commitment and circumstances.

The Yogi's Pod is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the program.

14. Intellectual Property

All session content, recordings, scripts, exercises, and written materials provided remain the property of The Yogi's Pod. They are licensed to you for personal use only. Distribution, reproduction, resale, teaching to others, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission. Sharing recordings or materials with others is not permitted.

15. Informed Consent

Enrolling constitutes informed consent to participate. You acknowledge that you understand the nature and the limitations of this program.

16. Communication

Email is the channel for questions between sessions, with a reply usually within two business days. Support outside the six sessions and the one to one call is not included. Email may also be used for scheduling, reminders, and follow ups.

17. Changes to These Terms

The Yogi's Pod reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted here with the revision date. The version in force is the one published on the date of your enrollment.
