From a very young age, I have been blessed to sit with saints, sages, mystics, and spiritual masters. The years that followed brought powerful initiations and advanced training under a living master, and in 2016 the founding of the Delhi School of Yoga, where I guided thousands of students in Hatha Yoga and meditation.

In time, I felt drawn toward clinical grounding for the work I had long known from within. I trained at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in California, the only nationally accredited college of hypnotherapy in the United States, completing the Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy with Honors and receiving the Director's Award for Remarkable Performance in Professional Practice. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist with the American Hypnosis Association, and a Certified Specialist in Past-Life Regression Therapy.

What I have found, across both paths, is that they describe the same terrain. True healing happens across both conscious awareness and the deeper layers of the subconscious mind. The Yogi's Pod is the space where I bring this integration to the seekers I work with.
