Six weeks of deep subconscious work. One clear direction out.
$495
Six live Saturdays · January 9 – February 13, 2027
Go within, find your own blueprint, and come out with a larger vision for yourself.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
✳ Thirty minutes, one to one
A private session with me before the cohort begins, to understand your goals and how we will work together. If that call shows this is not for you, you get a full refund.
✳ Reach the level willpower cannot
Willpower runs on the conscious mind, and the conscious mind only takes you so far. Hypnosis works on level a below it, where automatic behavior and long-held beliefs actually reside.
✳ Six live 90-minute sessions
Guided meditation, hypnosis, and inner work, done live and worked on together every Saturday for six weeks.
✳ Your own hypnosis track
A hypnosis recording that is yours to keep, so the vision for your own life turns to reality.
✳ See your own programming
The beliefs running your life become visible instead of staying underneath, driving choices you cannot explain. You see what was installed in you, and where it came from.
✳ A direction of your own design
Your own definition of success, beyond what you were handed and what the people around you expect. A vision you came here for, and one you can live for.
THE PROBLEM
You have read many books and watched enough content on spirituality and self-improvement. You know the terminology, and you may have more knowledge than most people.
But knowledge and wisdom are not the same thing.
Knowledge is conceptual, and can be completely disconnected from life. Wisdom is when that knowledge finds its alignment with life.
That alignment is what actually changes your experience of life.
Knowing what you truly desire.
Knowing what obstacles to overcome within yourself.
And knowing it across every part of your life, because you become fulfilled only when all of you is addressed and finds expression.
This is what the Integration Intensive is for. A deeper understanding of your own self, a clear sense of where you actually stand, and a life built from that reality.
That is what integration means. Not spirituality as an idea you keep on one side, and your life on the other. It means living a spiritual life, where what you understand within yourself becomes the life you actually live.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Built for people standing at a threshold.
You're ready to shift gears and move into a new way of living, and you want to take responsibility and accountability for getting there yourself. This is for people who want to genuinely invest themselves into their own lives.
✓ You're willing to do the work
✓ You're willing to bet on yourself
✓ You're willing to evolve, and evolving means breaking out of your old mould
✓ You're willing to look at whatever ideas, assumptions and concepts you hold about your life and yourself, and ask whether they actually serve you or whether they've been keeping you stuck in the same place
This is a small group, and part of what makes it work is what we offer each other in it, a sense of vulnerability and trust. We see each other as imperfect and flawed, yet unique humans capable of growth. The funny thing is that when we hold that space for someone else, believing they're capable of change and evolution, we end up giving ourselves permission to change and evolve.
WHO IT’S NOT FOR
This will be a difficult six weeks if your mind is already made up.
This isn't for you if you're not willing to budge, not willing to change, not willing to try new things, and not willing to do the work once it's suggested.
Over these six weeks you'll arrive at decisions from a higher state of clarity. Sticking to those decisions is what makes them work.
No path will get you there if you keep turning around and walking back the way you came.
Self-sabotage works in devious ways. Your mood may waver, your motivation may be fleeting, and you'll need to keep going down the path you chose for yourself regardless of how you feel on a given day.
This works on what's directly in front of you. The challenges and obstacles in the field of your awareness right now are where the growth happens, through a deeper understanding of yourself and your own limitations. Not somewhere else, not on top of a mountain. If you're looking to do something other than what's in front of you, this isn't it.
This is not a substitute for medical care or professional mental health treatment. I work as a hypnotherapist, often as an adjunct alongside psychotherapists, psychologists and psychiatrists, but that work is tailored to the individual and happens one to one, not in a group program like this one. If that's closer to what you need, bring it up on the discovery call and we'll work out what makes sense.

FAQs
-
The word therapy comes from a root meaning to heal, and healing is what this is aimed at. What it draws on comes from two directions. The contemplative traditions of the East, which have been examining the mind and the self for a very long time, and Western clinical practice, including hypnosis and psychosynthesis. It is not medical care or mental health treatment, and it is not a replacement for either. If there is something that needs individual clinical attention, bring it up on the call before we begin and we will work out what makes sense for you.
-
No. Everything is guided during the sessions and you will be taken through each practice step by step. People arrive with all levels of experience, including none at all.
-
Set the time aside and treat it with a certain sanctity. Come prepared, come on time, and give it your best. Keep your camera on. Participate when you want to. Be yourself, and let people see the authentic you.
